Return and Refund Policy

REFUND - Full refund within 7 days. 7 days cheque refund policy on purchased items.
WARRANTY¹/EXCHANGE - 90 days exchange and warranty¹ policy. Exchange for an equal item or receive a store credit within 90 days of the purchase. Warranty¹ includes limited parts² and labour.
AFTER 90 DAYS - The purchaser or the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with fixing the aforementioned item at a computer technicians' labour rate of $60 per hour plus the cost of parts plus taxes.

Extended Warranty¹ Plan

 * ALL EXTENDED WARRANTY¹ PLANS INCLUDE LIMITED PARTS¹ AND LABOUR *
$25 - 6 months extended warranty¹ which includes limited parts¹ and labour on the purchased item(s).
$50 - 12 months extended warranty¹ which includes limited parts¹ and labour on the purchased item(s).

¹ - Warranty - only on hardware related issues, any software related issues not preinstalled by Reboot is chargeable to the computer technicians’ labour rate of $60 per hour.
² - Limited Parts - are parts that we have in-stock and/or in-store at Reboot Vancouver, these parts are usually pulled from working machines.
