Return and Refund Policy 

REFUND - Full refund within 7 days. 7 days cheque refund policy on purchased items.
WARRANTY1/EXCHANGE - 90 days exchange and warranty1 policy. Exchange for an equal item or receive a store credit within 90 days of the purchase. Warranty1 includes limited parts2 and labour.
AFTER 90 DAYS - The purchaser or the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with fixing the aforementioned item at a computer technicians' labour rate of $60 per hour plus the cost of parts plus taxes.


Extended Warranty1 Plan

 * ALL EXTENDED WARRANTY1 PLANS INCLUDE LIMITED PARTS1 AND LABOUR *
$25 - 6 months extended warranty1 which includes limited parts1 and labour on the purchased item(s).
$50 - 12 months extended warranty1 which includes limited parts1 and labour on the purchased item(s).


1 - Warranty - only on hardware related issues, any software related issues not preinstalled by Reboot is chargeable to the computer technicians’ labour rate of $60 per hour.
2 - Limited Parts - are parts that we have in-stock and/or in-store at Reboot Vancouver, these parts are usually pulled from working machines.


Service Work Terms & Conditions

Exclusion of Liability for Data Loss and Component Conflicts. Reboot Vancouver , shall have no liability with respect to (1) data lost, regardless of the cause, (2) data recovery services, data contained in any product in Reboot Vancouver possession. Reboot Vancouver has no obligation to pay for or reimburse for the recovering of data. Reboot Vancouver shall have no liability with respect to conflicts between your software and components installed in and product placed in Reboot Vancouver possession, including but not limited to, upgrading and/or adding components. 

Warning: Any service item left for more than or equal to 6 month, after reasonable attempts to notify you have been made, may be sold and proceeds kept to cover monies due to Reboot Vancouver, for repair and/or storage, including the cost of selling the item. Notice of the above Liability Limitations and the acceptance of the Limitations is acknowledged by receiving the service ticket number notice. The person states that they have the proper authority to approve any work requested to be done on the product left with Reboot Vancouver.
